Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong interest in AI systems, autonomous agents, and workflow automation.

You will help design and build intelligent applications that integrate modern AI frameworks with robust backend and frontend systems.

This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions across the full stack.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end applications using Python on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) on the frontend.

Build intelligent agent workflows and autonomous multi-agent systems capable of handling complex tasks.

Design and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and context-management mechanisms.

Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using serverless or container-based architectures.

Work with product owners and engineers to refine requirements, system architecture, and technical best practices.

Implement DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.

Explore new tools, AI frameworks, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities.

Support additional assignments, special projects, or travel requirements as needed.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and AI-related projects; financial industry background is a plus.

Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.

Experience building agentic workflows, RAG systems, and working with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), serverless environments, containerization (Docker), and core DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of embeddings, multi-agent architectures, fine-tuning, and retrieval systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the discipline to work independently or collaboratively.

Strong command of English and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.

AI-related certifications or PMP certification are advantageous.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Full Stack Engineer position.
