AI Engineer - Cutting-Edge Digital Insurance Platform

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for our digital insurance platform

• Utilise intensive LLM and NLP to enhance the platform's capabilities

• Apply reinforcement learning techniques to optimise decision-making processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform

• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI modelsin large-scale projects

• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies

• Document and present technical findings and solutions to stakeholders

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

• Extensive experience with LLM and NLP

• Proficiency in reinforcement learning techniques

• Track record of working on large-scale AI projects

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with CUDA is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work remotely or on-site, as required
