Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives across business, risk, and technology functions within our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization. This role will be instrumental indriving projects that support responsible AI deployment, ensure regulatory alignment, and enhance the effectiveness of risk governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects within the AI governance program, engaging stakeholders from Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

• Align goals, resources, and change management strategies to support successful execution of the AI governance roadmap.

• Define project scope, develop detailed work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of project management experience in complex, regulated environments (e.g., financial services or insurance), including 3+ years in risk, compliance, technology, or governance.

• Proven success managing large, complex, cross-functional projects with business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
