About the Role:
As Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of generative AI solutions to improve customer experience within the banking app - focused AI chatbots and conversational banking.
Responsibilities:
• Drive product vision and development of E2E digital customer journeys for conversational banking by translating customer needs, market research, user feedback, expert insights, and usage data into actionable requirements and opportunities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with customer/user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, analysts, developers, UX designers, and agile resources to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Leverage a deep understanding of Conversational Banking to design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs, ensuring alignment with the client's policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Digital product management experience 5+ years (ideally in chatbot, messaging, conversational AI products)
• Mobile app banking experience preferred
• Customer servicing journeys knowledge
• Proven stakeholder management skill
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
