We are looking for a top-class Content Creator with exceptional skills in AI video production, short-form storytelling, and social media growth - with experience across all platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.

You must be highly creative, fast, and deeply comfortable using cutting-edge AI tools to produce content that feels premium, modern, and viral-ready.

WhatYou Will Do - AI Video & Visual Content Production

Create stunning AI-generated videos, product demos, explainers, and brand stories.

Use tools like Runway, Kaiber, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, HeyGen, or similar.

Produce short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.

Build visually engaging content for Pinterest and Instagram.

Social Media Content Creation

Create hooks, scripts, captions, and visual assets that convert views into followers.

Develop platform-specific content that matches trends & audience behaviours.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across both McGrocer and Kalabah.

Growth & Strategy

Suggest content strategies aligned with audience insights and market trends.

Optimise content for engagement, shares, and conversions.

Analyse video performance metrics and refine content accordingly.

Propose new series, themes, and storytelling formats.

E-commerce & Marketplace Content

Create content showcasing products, suppliers, buyer journeys, and features.

Generate storytelling content around grocery shopping, B2B trade, global marketplaces, and daily consumer shopping themes.

Explain platform features in simple, visually appealing formats.

Required Skills

Strong experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat.

Proven ability to create AI-powered videos using modern tools.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and virality triggers.

Ability to script, storyboard, design, and produce videos end-to-end.

Excellent editing skills in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar.

Ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and kinetic typography.

Creating high-quality content quickly and consistently.

Experience working with e-commerce or marketplace brands (bonus).
