Job Description

• Establish and maintain contact with C-level executives to understand customers' IT solution, infrastructure, and cybersecurity challenges, and identify business opportunities.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions; prepare proposals and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.

• Promote and sell managed cybersecurity services, including company-operated 24/7 SOC operations, and advise on best practices for risk mitigation.

• Engage in client consultations to assess requirements for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, endpoint solutions, licenses, and software.

• Manage and implement customer growth strategies to achieve sales targets, improve retention, and drive market penetration.

• Collaborate closely with account managers, pre-sales teams, and solution partners to ensure accountability and successful closure of accounts.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in selling IT solutions and managed IT services; exposure to cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions is an advantage.

• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.

• Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges.

• Positive, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
