Description

• Lead strategic initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, enhancing insurance products, customer experience, and revenue streams without hands-on coding.

• Identify and execute AI-driven strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, such as personalized product recommendations and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Apply AI to insurance solutions, including policy personalization, predictive upsell opportunities, and data-informed sales enablement for agents.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to align AI projects with business objectives for seamless adoption.

• Define KPIs for AI initiatives, monitor performance, and report ROI to senior leadership.

• Manage relationships with external AI vendors and system integration partners to ensure outsourced solutions meet business needs.

• Stay ahead of AI trends in insurance, such as chatbots and automated claims processing, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; AI certifications are a plus.

• Minimum 5 years in business strategy, product management, or consulting, ideally in insurance, finance, or tech-enabled industries, with proven success in leveraging technology for growth.

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify AI opportunities for competitive advantage in areas like sales optimization and customer segmentation.

• High-level understanding of AI concepts and applications (e.g., machine learning for personalization, NLP for customer service); no deep technical expertise required.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; capable of explaining AI strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management experience to oversee AI initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Creative thinker with ability to apply AI to evolving customer needs and drive higher sales conversions.
