Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration and/or any relevant area
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including Zendesk admin/configuration: setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation;
• Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup)
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
• Fully remote freelance role: just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
