In 2025, MBZUAI launched its first ever undergraduate program, a Bachelor of Science in AI, with two distinct streams: Business and Engineering, and are looking for passionate and highly motivated Teaching Faculty.

Course Description and Responsibilities This course, From Vision to Execution, covers core project management principles with a focus on AI-driven projects.

Students will learn how to apply traditional and agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects involving AI technologies.

The course explores AI-specific challenges, such as data management, ethical concerns, and team dynamics, while introducing AI tools for decision-making, performance tracking, and risk management.

Students will gain practical skills for leading successful AI-related projects in various industries.

Responsibilities include: - Delivering high-quality instruction in Project Management and related areas in AI and technology projects. - Developing and maintaining course content, exercises, and project-based learning modules aligned with current best practices. - Creating an engaging learning environment that emphasizes practical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork. - Mentoring and advising students in project planning, execution, and management challenges. - Collaborating with colleagues to integrate project management principles across AI curricula.

D in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Engineering Management, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, or agile methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent) and AI/technology project contexts is desirable.

Strong commitment to teaching excellence, experiential learning, and student development.

Teaching Experience: Proven teaching or training experience at the undergraduate or graduate level (or equivalent professional training experience)
