Responsibilities

  • Design Secure AI/ML Architectures: Create and advocate for secure and scalable architecture patterns for AI/ML solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services and Databricks tools
  • AI/ML Threat Modeling: Conduct thorough threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems to identify vulnerabilities, including model inversion and data poisoning
  • Agentic AI Security: Drive security efforts for autonomous AI agents by leading risk assessments and designing controls to mitigate risks like tool abuse
  • MCP Server Governance: Develop a robust security framework for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and availability
  • MLSecOps Integration: Collaborate with MLOps and Data Science teams to integrate security controls throughout the machine learning development lifecycle
  • Architectural Guidance: Update AI Reference Architectures and publish AI Standards and Patterns focused on security, privacy, and observability
  • Provide strategic advisory on AI capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals through actionable recommendations
  • Partner & Collaborate: Work seamlessly with solution architects, cybersecurity teams, and compliance to identify and address AI risks

In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement the security framework for advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.

As a subject matter expert, your expertise in securing AI/ML workloads on Microsoft Azure and Databricks is essential.

We're looking for someonewith a comprehensive understanding of modern AI architectures and the specific security challenges posed by GenAI, Agentic AI systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

Job Duties:

• Design Secure AI/ML Architectures: Create and advocate for secure and scalable architecture patterns for AI/ML solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services and Databricks tools.

• AI/ML Threat Modeling: Conduct thorough threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems to identify vulnerabilities, including model inversion and data poisoning.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expertise in Agentic AI security and familiar with mitigation techniques.

• Experience with securing Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructures.

• Knowledge of MLSecOps principles for CI/CD pipeline security.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate/Expert.

• Familiarity with governance and compliance essential for security and privacy management.

• Experience in supporting agile teams by advising on design and risk assessment.

• Background in Generative AI solutions and MLOps, particularly with tools like OpenAI.

• Ability to balance short-term decisions with long-term objectives.
