Qualifications

Responsibilities
- In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement the security framework for advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning systems
- Design Secure AI/ML Architectures: Create and advocate for secure and scalable architecture patterns for AI/ML solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services and Databricks tools
- AI/ML Threat Modeling: Conduct thorough threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems to identify vulnerabilities, including model inversion and data poisoning
- Agentic AI Security: Drive security efforts for autonomous AI agents by leading risk assessments and designing controls to mitigate risks like tool abuse
- MCP Server Governance: Develop a robust security framework for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and availability
- MLSecOps Integration: Collaborate with MLOps and Data Science teams to integrate security controls throughout the machine learning development lifecycle
- Architectural Guidance: Update AI Reference Architectures and publish AI Standards and Patterns focused on security, privacy, and observability
- Provide strategic advisory on AI capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals through actionable recommendations
- Partner & Collaborate: Work seamlessly with solution architects, cybersecurity teams, and compliance to identify and address AI risks

Job Duties:
• Design Secure AI/ML Architectures: Create and advocate for secure and scalable architecture patterns for AI/ML solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services and Databricks tools.
• AI/ML Threat Modeling: Conduct thorough threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems to identify vulnerabilities, including model inversion and data poisoning.

• Knowledge of MLSecOps principles for CI/CD pipeline security.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate/Expert.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance essential for security and privacy management.
• Experience in supporting agile teams by advising on design and risk assessment.
• Background in Generative AI solutions and MLOps, particularly with tools like OpenAI.
• Ability to balance short-term decisions with long-term objectives.
