Qualifications

Benefits

• The salary for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market
• Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Responsibilities

• This individual will serve as both a hands-on technical leader and strategic architect
• You will lead a pod of three engineers, guiding the design, development, and integration of AI-driven applications and services into existing business and technical ecosystems

Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead - AI Enterprise to lead a small, high-performing team focused on deploying and enabling AI capabilities across the enterprise.

This individual will serve as both a hands-on technical leader and strategic architect

You will lead a pod of three engineers, guiding the design, development, and integration of AI-driven applications and services into existing business and technical ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps frameworks.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance in regulated industries.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI solutions in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.

• Hands-on experience integrating with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent).

• Working knowledge of data pipelines, API development, and prompt engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
