Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Technology & Marketing Technology (BizTech & MarTech) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital transformation projects, specifically focusing on the integration of business technologies and marketing technologies to improve business processes and drive customer success.

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, successful project delivery, and the achievement of key business objectives. Your ability to blend business technology expertise with marketing strategy will be crucial in helping our clients achieve measurable outcomes from their tech investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and address challenges.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of BizTech and MarTech implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, and design). Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Strategic Consultation: Provide business and marketing technology consultation to clients, advising them on how to leverage tech tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.) to enhance their marketing efforts, streamline operations, and drive ROI.

Tech Solution Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to define, configure, and deploy technology solutions that align with clients' business goals, ensuring effective adoption and integration.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technologies. Use analytics to assess impact and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they understand and utilize the implemented technologies to their full potential.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business technology, marketing technology, or a similar digital transformation role, preferably in a client-facing position.

Tech Expertise: Strong knowledge of business technology solutions (CRM, ERP, analytics, automation) and marketing technology platforms (Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Media, Data Analytics).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions and optimize client success.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible way.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
