What you’ll do :

In this role, you'll help modernize production support through automation, AI-driven workflows, and system integrations.

Your work will directly support “keep the lights on” operations while transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.

Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual production support tasks

Develop Python scripts and tooling to automate checks, alerts, and routine processes

Integrate systems and data sources using platforms such as ServiceNow and other workflow tools

Support an automation-first mindset by identifying improvement opportunities within production support

Help scale automation practices across the team by sharing best practices and contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives

Troubleshoot and improve existing automation solutions to ensure stability and performance

What we’re looking for (must have) :

Hands-on exposure to Python scripting

Understanding of automation concepts and an automation-first mindset

Familiarity with workflow tools or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

Ability to think logically about systems and how they integrate

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to build scalable solutions

Interest in AI-driven approaches to improving operational processes

Preferred skills / experience :

Experience in production support, operations, or technology support functions

Exposure to system integration work (“making systems talk to each other”)

Experience automating routine checks or tasks

Familiarity with automation platforms, orchestration tools, or scripting frameworks

Knowledge of workflow automation and continuous improvement practices

Experience within a financial institution
