As an AI Commercial Ad Director, you will stand at the intersection of advertising creativity and cutting-edge technology. You will lead the development of visual styles for commercial advertisements, utilizing AI generation tools (such as Kling, Runway, Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.) to transform ad scripts or product concepts into high-quality, commercially compelling visuals, ensuring the content aligns with the brand tone, high conversion rates, and rapid attention-grabbing demands of the Hong Kong and international markets.
【Job Duties】
Visual Style Definition: Conduct "AI breakdown" based on ad scripts or product briefs, defining the overall visual tone (Look & Feel), product consistency, and brand atmosphere for the entire ad.
Full AI Generation Process Control: Oversee the complete generation pipeline from text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, or product image-based creation, with a focus on product close-ups, dynamic showcases, and conversion elements.
Precise Control of Camera Language (e.g., push/pull/zoom/pan, shot framing switches, product rotations), ensuring generated visuals have commercial tension and visual impact.
Prompt Engineering: Build and optimize Prompt libraries tailored to specific ad styles (e.g., product showcases, UGC style, luxury brand vibes), addressing randomness and brand consistency issues in AI generation.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with copywriters/marketing teams to ensure AI-generated visuals precisely highlight product selling points, brand messages, and calls-to-action (CTA).
Collaboration with Post-Production/AI Fixers: Guide visual repairs, lip-sync, voice synthesis, and special effects integration.
Technology Iteration Research: Continuously track the latest global AI advertising technologies (e.g., new video/audio model updates, avatar advancements), and rapidly integrate them into the company's production line to reduce costs and improve ad conversion performance.
【Requirements】
Aesthetic and Advertising Fundamentals
Visual Language: Strong foundation in photography, composition, color theory, and editing rhythm.
Prior experience directing traditional ads, TV commercials, short video ads, or brand films is preferred.
Market Sensitivity: Familiar with the commercial advertising market (especially 15-60 second high-conversion shorts), understanding how to instantly capture consumer attention and drive purchase intent through visuals.
AI Technical Skills (Tools)
Tool Matrix: Proficient in mainstream AI visual tools, including but not limited to:
Video Category: Kling, Runway, Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, Higgsfield, etc.
Image Category: Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Gemini (Nano Banana Pro), etc.
Audio/Digital Humans/Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Suno, etc.
Workflow Optimization: Experience with automated workflows will be prioritized.
Soft Skills and Background
Learning Ability: AI technology evolves rapidly; must have strong self-learning capabilities and passion for new tools.
Problem-Solving: Able to find creative solutions within technical limitations (e.g., product consistency, AI generation errors).
