The Role

Responsible for the performance, design governance, and technical assurance of business-critical Operational Technology (OT) applications.The role ensures system reliability, authorises infrastructure changes, supports upgrades, and provides technical leadership across OT platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous performance improvement of critical OT applications, including monitoring, fault reduction, and asset management planning.

• Act as Design Authority for OT infrastructure, approving architectural changes in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Authorise Operational Acceptance Testing, upgrades, and handover of OT applications into support, including go/no-go decisions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RTS Technical Engineers to ensure high-quality support and project delivery.

• Maintain deep technical expertise and set standards across Platinum, Gold, and Silver OT applications.

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of major incidents, working with internal and external service providers in line with SLAs.

What is the opportunity?

As a Lead Data Scientist on the Fraud AI Model Governance team, you will oversee the AI Model Governance program for Fraud Data Science and AI (Fraud DSA). You will collaborate with model developers within Fraud DSA and external vendors to deliver high quality model risk governance documentation and model performance monitoring for Artificial Intelligenceand Machine Learning models used by Fraud Management. You will also provide model development oversight for Fraud DSA to ensure model developers are complying with RBC Enterprise Model Risk Operating Standards.

What will you do?

• Fraud AI Model Governance team in developing and maintaining model performance monitoring for all Fraud models

• Create appropriate metrics, setting alert thresholds, identifying and escalating model performance issues

The Marketing Cloud AI Architect helps design, build, and manage the AI solutions we design for our clients on cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, GCP), acting as the crucial link between marketing strategy and technical execution by creating scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure, overseeing implementation, and ensuring solutions meet goals while managing complexity and stakeholders. Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience with AIML concepts and algorithms

• 5+ years of experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/Agentic/Data services.

• 3+ years of technology architecture experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Marketing technology knowledge and experience a plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our growing Customer Support team, based at our Stirling office.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution and clear communication throughout the process

• Monitor SLAs and resource allocation to ensure contractual obligations are met and service levels remain consistent

• Support clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams throughout the fault lifecycle, ensuring transparency and resolution

• Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure productivity, and improve processes

• Work closely with other business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to product and release enhancements

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Customer Support processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

• Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to build a strong internal knowledge base and improve problem-solving capabilities

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Support leadership role is essential

• Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams

• Experience working with Salesforce or ServiceNow is essential

• Experience in process improvement and change management

• Strong problem-solving skills, administration skills and communication skills

• Experienced in data analysis and reporting across metrics such as CSAT, NPS & SLA’s

• Experience in setting KPI’s, monitoring performance and providing feedback

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programmes
