Role Description

This is a contract position for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Staffing & Professional Services within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

This hybrid role is based in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for remote work.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, overseeingstaffing services, and supporting IT recruitment and hiring processes to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Expertise in Staffing Services, with the ability to manage and deliver staffing solutions efficiently.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, focusing on client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.

• Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring, including understanding client needs and sourcing top talent.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with a productive and self-motivated approach.

• Familiarity with the BFSI sector and its talent requirements is considered an asset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.
