Job Overview

We are looking for AI Solutions Engineer / Integration Lead to drive the adoption and practical integrationof artificial intelligence tools across our regional organization.

This role is critical in enhancing both our client-facing services and internal business operations through the strategic deployment of off-the-shelf AI platforms, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and other enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate will evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI enhancement, design and implement AI-driven frameworks that improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across Asia.

This role might include light coding/scripting, configuration, and change management to ensure successful adoption across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct workflow audits to identify areas where AI tools can improve speed, accuracy, or insight.

· Configure and deploy off-the-shelf AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI Builder) across departments and projects.

· Write scripts or connectors to integrate AI tools with existing systems (e.g. Excels, M365 ecosystem, SharePoint, CxAlloy, ERP platforms).

· Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions align with business needs and technical constraints.

· Lead pilot projects to demonstrate AI value in real-world scenarios (e.g. proposal automation, commissioning report generation).

· Develop training materials and run workshops to upskill staff in using AI tools effectively.

· Monitor AI tool performance, gather feedback, and iterate on configurations to improve outcomes.

· Establish governance protocols for responsible AI usage, including data privacy and ethical compliance.

· Stay abreast of emerging AI capabilities and recommend new tools or features that align with NV5’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

· Proven experience deploying AI tools in enterprise settings (preferably in engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors).

· Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.

· Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, or equivalent.

· Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) for automation and integration tasks

· Familiarity with APIs, cloud services (Azure preferred), and enterprise data systems.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience in project management and change management methodologies (Agile, ADKAR, etc.).

· Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

· Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

· Proactive and solution-oriented in supporting regional initiatives.
