We are expanding our development team and adopting an AI-first approach across our products and operations.

To accelerate this transition, we are hiring a Senior AI Engineer

who will work closely with our existing software engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven systems that elevate the entire stack.

• As a key member of our technology team, you will lead the implementation of AI automation tools, intelligent copilots, ML models, and workflow optimizations that directly impact product quality, engineering efficiency, and internal operations.

What You'll Build:

As our Senior AI Engineer, you will play a defining role in designing and deploying the core AI capabilities that reshape our products and internal operations:

• Design, fine-tune, and train custom machine learning and LLM-based models.

• Implement vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Build and maintain automation workflows, agents, and orchestration pipelines.

• Integrate third-party and custom AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, local LLMs).

• Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance.

• Develop internal AI-powered tools to improve team productivity and overall product capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with the existing , React, TypeScript, and Python engineering teams to infuse AI functionality across the product ecosystem.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience building and shipping AI/ML solutions.

• Strong background in Python and experience with for integrations.

• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, model training workflows, and vector database systems.

• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and multi-agent systems.

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or open-source LLMs.

• Ability to architect end-to-end AI systems that are scalable, reliable, and secure.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Senior-level autonomy in problem-solving, system design, and decision-making.
