We | are expanding our digital marketing capabilities from our dynamic Dubai office and are seeking an exceptional Google Ads Expert to drive high-quality, high-converting lead generation for our legal services. | The successful candidate will be a data-driven specialist | focused not only on traditional paid search but also on optimising for the evolving AI-driven search landscape. | The Role: Google Ads & AI Search Specialist (PPC Focused) | Your primary focus will be the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of all Paid Search campaigns specifically within the Google ecosystem. You will also be responsible for ensuring our online content is structured to be the preferred source for Google | AI Overviews and other conversational search interfaces (LLMs/chatbots). | Key Responsibilities | 1. Core PPC Strategy & Management (Google Ads Exclusive) | • Full-Funnel Management: Develop, launch, and manage high-performing | campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and Local | Services Ads (LSAs), targeting specific client bases in England and Wales. | • Performance & Conversion Focus: Relentlessly monitor, analyse, and optimise | campaigns to achieve industry-leading high conversion rates (CR) and high click- | through rates (CTR). Your performance will be judged on demonstrable increases in | qualified leads and client acquisitions. | • Budget & Bidding Optimisation: Expertly manage significant campaign budgets, | leveraging Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Maximise Conversions, Target | ROAS) and ensuring accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM). | • Negative Keyword & Query Sculpting: Conduct deep, continuous Search Term | Report analysis, including managing extensive lists of negative keywords to ensure | minimal budget waste and maximum ad relevance for the legal sector. | • Ad Copy & A/B Testing: Lead the creative strategy for Responsive Search Ads | (RSAs), feeding the AI with high-quality assets (headlines, descriptions) to maximise | Quality Score and performance. | 2. AI Search Optimisation & SEO (Supporting Role) | • AI Overview (SGE) Optimisation: Implement content structuring strategies (FAQs, | lists, clear definitions) to increase the likelihood of our website being cited as the source for Google AI Overviews (SGE). | • LLM Content Strategy: Advise the content team on how to create 'AI-ready' content that is concise, fact-checkable, and structured (using schema/clean HTML) to | be easily parsed and cited by Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbots. | • E-E-A-T Enhancement: Champion initiatives to boost Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) signals across the site, a critical | factor for AI-driven search results. | • SEO Synergy: Maintain a strong working knowledge of core SEO principles (keyword intent, site structure, technical health) to ensure PPC strategy aligns with organic growth and prepares for the future of search (Generative Engine Optimisation | - GEO).

Essential Skills & Qualifications | • Proven PPC Track Record: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-budget Google Ads campaigns.

Must be able to demonstrate measurable success in achieving high conversion volumes and click-through rates in a competitive industry. | • AI & Data Proficiency: | o Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and its built-in AI features (Smart Bidding, Performance Max). | o Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for robust data capture. | o Familiarity with the principles of LLM SEO and optimising content for structured data and machine extraction. | o Proficiency with SEO/PPC research tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs. | • Language & Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory for communicating results to stakeholders and | crafting highly persuasive, legally compliant ad copy tailored to the England and Wales audience. | • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex performance data, understand cross-channel attribution, and translate AI-driven insights into profitable business strategies.
