Digital Marketing Director Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Formulate and oversee digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms, including websites, social media, and paid advertising.

• Leverage Advanced AI Tools and Technologies: Utilize advanced AI tools and technologies to optimise digital campaigns, automate marketing workflows, and deliver tailored customer experiences. Spearhead initiatives that harness AI for predicting consumer behaviour, enhancing content creation, and improving marketing performance.

• Oversee Digital Media Strategies: Plan and execute digital media strategies, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing to achieve campaign objectives and maximise ROI.

• Partner with Agencies and In-House Teams: Collaborate with external agencies and in-house creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns that reflect our brand's luxury positioning. Manage and evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.

• Lead Digital Platform Strategy and Optimisation: Lead the strategy and optimisation of our digital platforms, including website development, UX/UI design, and content management. Ensure the website is a best-in-class digital experience that drives engagement and conversions.

• Manage and Inspire a Team: Manage and inspire a team of digital product managers, digital marketing specialists, and performance managers. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

• Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of digital platforms, CRM, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies. Act as a subject matter expert in technical digital marketing areas such as programmatic buying, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

• Analyse and Report Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to optimize marketing strategies based on data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AI, Digital Marketing) is a plus.

• 10-15 Years of Experience: 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or high-end consumer goods sectors.

• Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content strategy, and digital media.

• Creative Campaign Development and Agency Management: Deep experience in creative campaign development and agency management.

• Digital Tools and Platforms: Technical proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.

• AI Applications and Development: Demonstrated experience in AI applications and development within marketing functions.

• Leadership and Team Management: Leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive high performance.
