Manager, AI Sales Strategy

  • Business Savvy: You understand customer lifecycles, sales funnels, marketing flow, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates

Responsibilities

  • You will report directly to the VP of Sales Operations and design, deploy, and manage AI Agents that handle full-cycle B2C sales and act as the ultimate SDR for our B2B team
  • Build & Deploy AI Agents: Design and configure autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Flow, and Data Cloud
  • B2C "Full-Close" Strategy: Create agents capable of handling the entire B2C sales cycle, including outreach, objection handling, transactions, and closing without human intervention
  • B2B Lead Qualification: Architect agents that engage B2B leads, identify upsell opportunities, qualify budget/authority, and hand off "hot" leads to human reps
  • Prompt Engineering & Sales Logic: Write the agent's logic, translating sales methodologies into system prompts and decision gates
  • Performance Optimization: Treat agents like employees—monitor logs, analyze win/loss rates, A/B test outreach personas, and refine conversion tactics
  • Integration Management: Ensure agents have access to accurate CRM history, product inventory, and pricing to make hallucination‑free decisions
  • Innovative: You stay up to date on the latest AI trends and look for ways to apply them to revenue generation

The Role

We are looking for a pioneer to build our "Digital Sales Workforce." This is a high-impact, high-visibility sale management role that does not require software development but focuses on selling through AI.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales Operations and design, deploy, and manage AI Agents that handle full-cycle B2C sales and act as the ultimate SDR for our B2B team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Architecture.

• Salesforce Expertise: Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is required; experience with Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot), Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Flows is a plus.

• AI Knowledge: Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or complex automation workflows.

• Sales Mindset: Previous experience in a sales role (SDR/AE) or working closely with sales leadership is preferred.
