The Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead (Market Education) to own how OpenHouse is understood by the market — and to improve the quality of conversations entering Sales.

This is an education-first product marketing role with responsibility for reducing confusion, sharpening positioning, and helping buyers think more clearly about pricing and demand decisions.

If you want to build how a market is educated and positioned — not just run campaigns — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

• How builders think about pricing, demand, timing, and uncertainty

• OpenHouse’s core market narratives and positioning

• Product messaging for new features and insights

• The clarity and quality of early sales conversations

• Focused educational content that clarifies specific buyer decisions

What You’ll Do

• Run targeted webinars, events, and sessions that teach builders how to think

• Translate complex analytics into clear, credible frameworks

• Partner with Product and Data Science on positioning and launches

• Equip Sales with language, mental models, and proof points

• Reduce wasted discovery calls through better upfront education

• Consistent language across product, sales, and marketing

Compensation

• $70,000–$90,000 base salary

• $7,000–$15,000 annual bonus (company-level outcomes)
