  • Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and general operational workflows
  • Help update internal documents, trackers, and reports
  • Support cross-team coordination to make sure projects move forward efficiently
  • Recruiting Support
  • Assist with sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling
  • Help maintain recruiting pipelines and job postings
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Administrative & Office Support
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Admin & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Boston.

This is a hybrid position with two days per week working from our Boston office and the rest remote.

What You’ll Do

Operations Support

• Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and general operational workflows
