Job Summary

Oracle Consulting is looking for an AI Agent Engineer, Technical Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will help design, build, and deliver technical solutions for enterprise customers using Oracle technologies.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, has a strong foundation in Python, and is eager to grow in the rapidly evolving space of Generative AI and Agentic AI.

You will work on real customer projects and contribute to building intelligent AI-driven agents that automate workflows, improve productivity, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and optimization of Oracle-based solutions for enterprise clients.

• Assist in designing technical architectures, system integrations, and end-to-end data workflows.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in Python.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and clients to understand business requirements and turn them into technical designs.

• Contribute to GenAI and Agentic AI use-case exploration, including designing agent workflows, prompt engineering, reasoning capabilities, and tool integrations.

• Build and prototype AI-driven agents for automation, knowledge retrieval, document processing, and conversational experiences.

• Conduct testing, debugging, performance tuning, and documentation of technical components.

• Provide presales support, such as preparing technical demos, showcasing prototypes, and answering basic technical questions during customer pitches.

• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud technologies, AI frameworks, LLM advancements, and trends in automation and agentic systems.

• Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 - 8 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, or system integration roles.

• Strong, hands-on experience with Python programming.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering (hands-on exposure is a strong plus).

• Experience with APIs, microservices, scripting tools, and modern development practices.

• Understanding of data modeling, databases, and integration patterns.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-facing environment.
