What You’ll Learn and Do

As our Business Consultant Trainee, you’ll be guided and trained by experienced mentors to:

• Explore and develop new client opportunities by reaching out to companies and introducing how FormX.ai and other Oursky products can help them.

• Understand the basics of AI, document automation, and how businesses apply these technologies.

• Collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to create outreach strategies that really work.

• Attend meetings, demos, and client pitches to see first-hand how deals are made.

• Use tools like CRM software and LinkedIn to manage leads and build client relationships.

• Hit achievable monthly and quarterly goals with the support of your team.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline are welcome.

• Passionate about technology, AI, and startups — you don’t need a technical background, but curiosity is a must!

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Cantonese is a big plus!

• Eager to grow, comfortable talking to people, and not afraid to take initiative.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
