  • Data Stack: Python, custom-built data lake, Power BI
  • Natural builder—experience creating with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, or LLM frameworks
  • Passion for real-world AI use cases, particularly in manufacturing, sales, or process automation
  • Curiosity about how physical operations and technical sales work
  • Comfortable in ambiguity; thrives in “figure it out and ship it” environments
  • Strong communication skills and a bias toward action
  • Experience integrating with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or manufacturing workflows
  • Prior startup or side project experience (show us what you've built!)

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work directly with our President and Data Engineer to explore, experiment, and deploy AI-powered solutions across manufacturing operations and commercial sales
  • Your work will touch everything from quoting automation to sales pipeline management to internal task reduction—and if you can dream it, we want to test it
  • Design and deploy internal AI tools/agents to reduce redundant or manual tasks (e.g., document processing, technical quote creation, order tracking)
  • Automate quoting and sales workflows using LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
  • Integrate AI into pipeline management tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and CRM processes
  • Partner with operations to uncover efficiency gaps and test AI-driven optimizations
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate—perfection isn’t required, clarity on what needs to be perfect is
  • Collaborate with data engineering to tap into our data lake and create Power BI-ready outputs when needed

About the Role:

We’re looking for a native AI builder who loves to tinker, prototype, and push boundaries.

If you’ve been hacking together ChatGPT agents or Gemini pipelines in your free time and want to apply those skills in the real world—this role is for you.

· AI Stack: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) – with active use and experimentation

What We’re Looking For:
