- Base salary range for this role is 80,300 - 120,100 USD annually

- You’ll help maintain critical privacy frameworks, assist with impact assessments, and contribute to shaping how Pega approaches privacy and AI risk management

- Support privacy governance activities, including managing Privacy Working Group logistics, records, and policy inventories

- Collaborate with compliance on AI risk assessments and required filings
- Help draft policies and maintain relationships with product teams and business officers
- Perform other paralegal duties as assigned

What You’ve Accomplished
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally with exposure to privacy, AI, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in a global legal department preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy governance, DPIAs, and data mapping preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools and learning new systems (Workiva experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• CIPP certification preferred.
