ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – SaaS / AI SOLUTIONS
Location: Downtown Toronto • Hybrid (4 days onsite; Fridays remote until 1 PM)
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a rapidly growing global SaaS organization, delivers an intelligent AI-driven Service Management platform used by thousands of customers worldwide.
Their technology streamlines IT support and operational workflows, allowing teams tofocus on higher-impact work.
They seek a proactive, relationship-focused Account Manager / Account Executive to grow business within an existing SMB customer base.
You will strengthen customer relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive additional value across assigned accounts.
If you excel at building trust, understanding customer needs, and developing strategic account plans that generate revenue, this is an excellent career move.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and deepen relationships with assigned SMB clients to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify, position, and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple accounts.
Provide engaging demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer evolution and uncover growth opportunities.
Work with incoming leads from internal teams to maintain a strong expansion pipeline.
Use data-driven insights to understand customer challenges and position relevant AI-enabled solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or B2B software sales; IT or technology sector experience preferred.
Proven success managing the full sales cycle with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; able to establish credibility quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills; able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience with AI solutions, automation platforms, ITSM, or IT operations software.
