𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 (𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 – 𝗣𝗞 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲):

𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

UnRealPays is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer who will playa critical role in securing and delivering U.S.-based AI projects.

The selected candidate will attend technical interviews arranged by our Business Development team and win projects for the company.

This is a performance-driven leadership role for ambitious AI professionals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Attend and clear all AI-related technical interviews coordinated by the BD team

• Secure AI/ML/Data Science projects through strong technical and communication skills

• Take full ownership of delivering the first project independently

• Lead and mentor additional AI resources as more projects are won

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations

• Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:

• Phase 1 — After Winning the First Project:

• Monthly Salary: USD $1,500 – $2,000 (based on expertise)

• Phase 2 — After Winning Additional Projects:

• Recurring bonuses for each new project won

• One additional AI resource will be assigned under your supervision for every additional project

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Proven experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist

• Strong expertise in ML, DL, NLP, LLMs, and related frameworks

• Ability to confidently pass U.S.-based technical interviews

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Must be able to work onsite during night shift timings
