About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join our growing team working on a career technology platform.

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our cross-platform mobile application, delivering seamless user experiences across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our mobile application using React and Capacitor

• Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI components following design specifications

• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services

• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product team

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Debug and resolve technical issues across iOS and Android platforms

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript

• Experience with Capacitor or similar cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Ionic)

• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles

• Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)

• Familiarity with iOS and Android platform guidelines

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

• Experience with Git version control

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Vite build tooling

• Knowledge of animation libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring)

• Experience with PWA (Progressive Web Apps)

• Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of App Store and Play Store submission processes

• Experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin) development

• Knowledge of state management solutions (Context API, Redux, Zustand)

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
