Initial Founding Team – PressLogic AI Education Initiative

We are building an ambitious, fast‑moving new business: a dedicated AI Education arm launched through a strategic partnership between PressLogic and a leading education centre.

We are looking for self‑driven individuals to join our initial founding team – not just instructors, but startup builders ready to shape the core curriculum, culture, and delivery standards from day one.

This role is a unique chance to leverage PressLogic’s digital media reach and industry expertise alongside our partner’s educational framework to disrupt the AI training market.

Startup Curriculum Development

Work closely with the core team to develop, test, and refine foundational AI training curricula across all segments, ensuring alignment with market demand and the joint venture’s vision.

Deliver AI Training

Kids (AI Literacy) : Focus on foundational AI, critical thinking, and safe use of generative AI tools.

Adults (AI for Professionals) : Focus on practical AI applications (Gen AI, automation, data tools) to enhance productivity.

Corporates (Custom Solutions) : Deliver tailored AI upskilling workshops based on specific enterprise needs.

Establish Standards

Help define and maintain high quality and practical relevance of all training, setting the initial benchmark for educational excellence in this new business.

Ecosystem Integration & Proof of Concept

Content Innovation : Actively integrate PressLogic’s industry insights and real‑world case studies into the curriculum, making the lessons highly practical.

Testing & Iteration : Take ownership of pilot programmes and proof‑of‑concept projects, providing critical feedback to rapidly iterate and improve both content and delivery methods.

Brand Advocacy : Serve as an early brand advocate, representing the AI Education Initiative in public and contributing to content that showcases the business’s expertise.

Operational Build‑Out

Process Creation : Contribute to establishing early‑stage processes – student onboarding, feedback loops, material distribution and scheduling optimisation.

Support Business Development : Conduct compelling demo classes and presentations to support the sales efforts, acting as the subject‑matter expert who closes the deal.

What We Need from Our Founding AI Tutors

Startup Mentality : High energy, comfort with ambiguity, a strong sense of urgency and willingness to take on tasks outside JButton the core job description.

AI Expertise (Minimum 2+ Years): Proven practical, hands‑on experience and strong grasp of Generative AI, Data Analytics and relevant AI tools.

Teaching/Training Experience: 1+ year of experience in teaching був corporate training or presenting technical content to diverse audiences (Kids, Adults or Corporates).

Experience across multiple segments is a strong asset.

Communication & Cultural Fit: Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively with two partner organisations.

Education Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Education, or a related field.
