Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Implementation:

Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered applications and services end-to-end, ensuring seamless connection with existing business systems.

• Project Management & Delivery:

Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, monitor project budgets and manage resources to ensure AI solution implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Quality Management:

Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality outputs that meet business and technical requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, and internal project teams to translate business needs into actionable project requirements, manage expectations, and provide transparent project updates.

• Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

• Agile Project Leadership:

Hands on Agile project experience, eg lead ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), manage backlogs, will be highly desirable.

• Change Management & Adoption:

Drive change management initiatives, facilitate user training, and promote adoption of AI solutions to ensure successful business integration and value realization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, preferably within the financial services sector.

• Hands-on experience in leading MSFT AI solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI, etc.) delivery is highly desirable. Project.

• Strong background in agile project delivery (Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager experience preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with C-level stakeholders.

• Proven track record in data analytics, AI/GenAI/ machine learning solution design and implementation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
