AI Research Scientist

Full Description

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our cutting-edge development team focused on Educational AI. This role will involve innovative research across six core areas: student cognitive modeling, intelligent grading systems, personalized learning, intelligent question generation, system integration, and explainable AI.

Job Description:

• Design and develop advanced AI and machine learningmodels to improve grading accuracy in complex educational scenarios.

• Apply deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques to analyze students’ responses, understand their reasoning, and provide meaningful insights.

• Develop evaluation models capable of handling multimodal data, such as images and videos, to enhance the system's overall assessment capabilities.

• Stay updated with the latest academic advancements in AI and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into education-focused solutions.

• Design and implement methods to make AI decision-making processes more transparent and interpretable for educators and students.

• Work closely with software engineers, education specialists, and product managers to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, scalable solutions that align with real-world educational needs and teaching practices.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree (MPhil) in machine learning, AI, or a related field

• Research Assistant experience in AI-related fields or prior work as a data scientist.

• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), multimodal models, and generative AI models.

• Expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling.

• Familiarity with educational AI applications and research processes.
