Role Overview

We are seeking a Data, BI & AI Analyst to support strategic advisory engagements through advanced data analysis, dashboard automation, and AI-enabled insights.

This role combines strong financial knowledge, business understanding, and analytical capability to translate data into meaningful business narratives and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants, partners, and execution teams to deliver high-impact insights across financial and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze financial and operational data across clients and industries.

Perform performance and profitability analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and exception reporting.

Support division-wise, product-wise, customer-wise, and project-wise analysis.

Translate complex numerical data into clear business insights, narratives, and recommendations for management and advisory reports.

BI & Dashboarding

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Build MIS reports for management review and strategic advisory purposes.

Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, consistent, relevant, and decision-oriented.

AI & Automation

Use AI tools to automate recurring analysis and reporting processes.

Generate draft insights, summaries, and commentary using AI-assisted tools.

Assist in data cleaning, pattern identification, and workflow optimization.

Support AI-driven initiatives such as reporting automation, analytics workflows, and intelligent bots (e.g., complaint or reporting bots).

Continuously explore and propose new AI use cases to enhance advisory and analytical work.

Finance & Business Alignment

Understand financial statements, trial balances, MIS structures, and key business metrics.

Align analytical outputs with real-world business and operational contexts.

Work closely with consultants to support strategic recommendations and deep-dive analyses.

Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Management

Coordinate with execution teams to understand data sources and business context.

Support partners and consultants with analytical deep dives and ad-hoc analysis.

Maintain reusable analysis templates, dashboards, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

2–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytical roles.

Hands-on experience working with financial or business data is mandatory.

Prior experience in consulting or advisory environments is a strong advantage.

Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Good understanding of finance, MIS, and business performance metrics.

Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, analytical assistants).

Comfortable working independently with complex and large datasets.

Strong problem-solving approach and business thinking.
