YOUR MISSION:
Embark on a pivotal 2-year journey as our Communications Platform Migration Project Manager, where you will play a central role in a transformative initiative for Richemont.
You will contribute to the successful migration and onboarding of over 20 prestigious Richemont Maisons onto our cutting-edge Earned Media Platforms in 2026 to be at the forefront of innovation.
Your expertisein measurement platforms and analytics, coupled with a keen understanding of our Maisons, will be crucial in enabling them to harness state-of-the-art AI powered solutions.
Over these two years, you will onboard 20+ Maisons onto the new platforms to empower them with insights which will contribute to enhancing impact across our luxury portfolio.
This fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to drive change and gain experience with advanced technologies within a world-leading luxury group.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
• Actively involved in new platform testing phases
• Organise Maison platform tests followed by soft launch and hard launch (Phase 1-3)
• Maisons Trainings co-ordination alongside agency
• Onboarding support on all Maison requests
• Ensure proper flow of communication between all parties involved in the migration
• Ensure all MVP items are delivered by the agency
• Ensure timelines are upheld and remain aware of project status on a day-to-day basis
• In charge of all cyber security related testing and requirements pre and post migration
• Contribute to bi-annual Webinars and presentations to Maisons
• Pro-actively seek solutions to answer Maisons evolving needs
• External supplier exploration to stay ahead of the curve
• Transversal support on all data related projects within Richemont Group Marketing
• Support on Maison data integration into transversal dashboards
• Identify data synergies across Richemont stakeholders
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
• Profound experience in an Analytical Measurement role within the Luxury Industry
• Agency experience (Communications or Media) is a must
• Technical background and understanding of the Launchmetrics Discover Platform a plus
• Proven ability to lead on transversal and complex projects
• Multitasker, at ease managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders, deliverables and timelines, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to deadlines and alignment with objectives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Fluency in French is highly desirable
• Detail oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate needs by being proactive not reactive
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), to create compelling presentations and reports
• Exceptional communication, engagement, involvement and stakeholder relationship management skills
