Solution Architect - Enterprise AI

A leading enterprise software company focusing on AI-powered decision making & automation is growing their team in the Middle East and looking to hire a Presales Solution Architect to help customers understand the value of real-time, event-driven applications and shape end-to-end solutions throughout the sales and delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Client Engagement

• Engage with C-level and senior enterprise stakeholders to understand strategic challenges and use cases.

• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering for AI, automation, and real-time data solutions.

• Translate customer needs into scalable architectures and actionable solution roadmaps.

• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and workshops for enterprise clients.

• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

Solution Architecture & Technical Design

• Architect solutions involving:

• AI/ML models (predictive, generative, adaptive, agentic)

• Agentic AI frameworks (autonomous workflows, AI agents, orchestration)

• Real-time data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar, Flink, Spark Streaming)

• Decision automation (rule engines, event-driven workflows, automated decisioning)

• Data engineering pipelines and high-availability architectures

• Cloud-native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Define integration patterns, system workflows, API strategies, and enterprise architecture alignment.

• Oversee and occasionally execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and viability.

Thought Leadership & Advisory

• Advise customers on best practices in AI governance, model lifecycle, data quality, and responsible AI.

• Provide competitive analysis and differentiation against market solutions.

• Support the sales team with strategic deal planning and solution positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

• Strong understanding of:

• AI/ML techniques, LLMs, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Agentic AI tools, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise agent workflows

• Streaming and real-time data systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, Pulsar)

• Decision engines (Drools, Camunda, Pega, custom rule systems)

• API-based integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures

• Ability to design and present complex architectures in clear, structured diagrams.

• Strong communication skills—capable of explaining technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

• Proven experience working with enterprise clients on complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.

• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for AI and data services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, agentic systems, RAG pipelines.

• Certifications in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Background in system integration, solution delivery, or technical consultancy.

• Experience working with large enterprise accounts in regulated sectors.

• Understanding of MLOps, data governance, and AI lifecycle management.
