You own the creative vision for AI-assisted ads.

You turn briefs into clear concepts, strong stories, and work that feels like great filmmaking.

You lead the creative process, set the bar, and help the team ship.

What youll do

• Lead creative from brief to final delivery.

• Define the core idea, narrative, tone, and visual language for each project.

• Set the creative approach for AI workflows (what to generate, what to design, what to edit).

• Guide scripting, storyboards, and production plans.

• Direct reviews and feedback cycles. Keep work aligned and moving.

• Present concepts and creative rationale to clients. Translate notes into clear next steps.

• Maintain creative quality and consistency across a slate of work.

• We compare our work to great films and ads, and not ads made by AI.

• Concepts are simple, clear, and worth making.
