Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Banking G&C, the Manager II will oversee and provide support for regulatory compliance management as an SME, manage the team of 8 and oversee ongoing testing for key controls.

In addition, the Manager II will:

• Manage and assist on a set of business governance and control programs requiring coordination across multiple areas and business stakeholders in support of the overall business strategy and execute governance and control activities in accordance with established standards.

• Oversee and lead the periodic refresh of RCM controls.

• Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle
