Job Title - Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location – Onsite in Dubai

The client is transforming the way global organizations do business by developing innovative technologies and processes in Data, IoT, and Data Science. They are one of the largest teams in Eastern Europe.

In Data Science, they contribute to a wide range of projects across different areas, domains, and technologies. The GenAI Strategy aims to develop and implement intelligent software systems that incorporate GenAI, AI, Data Analytics, MLOps, and Cloud infrastructure.

IF YOU ARE

• A holder of a Ph.D. or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field

• Experienced in Generative AI and NLP techniques such as large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and beyond)

• Knowledge of diffusion models and other generative frameworks for text and image generation

• Competent in leveraging Generative AI and language models to drive innovative initiatives

• Well-versed in the latest trends in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and their applications

• Proficient with pre-trained language models like GPT-4, BERT, including fine-tuning

• Aware of AI project development lifecycle and MLOps processes

• Experienced with deploying AI solutions on cloud providers

• Hands-on with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Capable of translating complex concepts into clear communication for non-technical audiences

• Proficient in business communication in English at upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work across data analysis, deep learning, and ML model pipelines, including data analysis, modeling, and deployment

• Select relevant computational tools for research and experimentation

• Drive development of innovative language generation solutions using state-of-the-art techniques

• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions like intelligent assistants and RAG systems

• Write clear, organized, and error-free code with appropriate tech stacks

• Present results to stakeholders and gather business requirements

• Develop expertise in cutting-edge Generative AI techniques

• Grow skills in a dynamic environment

• Work with Big Data solutions and cloud data tools

• Build and operate ML models, manipulate data, design experiments, and analyze insights

• Lead teams of data scientists and engineers to successful project delivery

With the client you will

• Coordinate Data Scientists, DevOps, and ML Engineers to build infrastructure and ML pipelines integrated into business environments
