Assistant Manager (AM) - AI Implementation / Senior Business Systems Analyst

(a) The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated Contract Assistant Manager with practical experience in both traditional and generative AI to become a key player in our IT AI Implementation team.

In this exciting role, you’ll lead, design and deliver AI solutions thatpower internal innovation. You’ll actively manage projects, provide expert support, and uphold quality across a wide range of AI-driven initiatives within the organization.

(b) Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or related disciplines.

At least 6 years of experience in technical support, software development and project management—preferably within AI-driven services or solutions.

Hands‑on expertise in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and other practical AI‑powered systems.

Strong programming skills in Python, along with familiarity in databases such as Neo4j and MongoDB.

Experience with leading AI development tools is essential.

Proven capability to analyze complex challenges and design powerful AI solutions—including Generative AI, NLP and Computer Vision.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g.

AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and their AI offerings.

Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and collaborate confidently in cross‑functional teams.

Strong project management competence with solid interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

(c) Responsibilities

Take the lead in delivering technical support and guidance for deploying, integrating and maintaining AI applications across the organization.

Support the evaluation and adoption of third‑party AI solutions to ensure strategic alignment and optimal results.

Troubleshoot and resolve AI‑related issues by working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Gather business requirements and turn them into impactful AI applications.

Provide operational and technical support—including occasional after‑hours assistance when required.

Stay ahead of AI trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in our solutions and strategies.

Carry out additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

Contract Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) (x 1)

In this dynamic position, you’ll partner closely with business and technical teams, capturing essential processes and analytical needs, and transforming them into clear functional and technical specifications.

You’ll also be a key change driver—identifying new opportunities, championing smarter processes, and helping elevate both system and business performance.

(b) Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.

At least six years of solid experience in business information system analysis and IT project management.

Strong, hands‑on technical exposure across case management and business process systems, web and cloud solutions, document management technologies, data analytics platforms, and Microservices architecture.

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, paired with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.

Proven experience in project and quality management—familiar with methodologies such as PMP and Agile, and standards like ISO.

Experience in programming or scripting languages, such as Java or Python, will be an advantage.

A proactive, confident, and adaptable team player who thrives independently or within collaborative project teams.

(c) Responsibilities

Drive organizational and operational excellence by conducting business impact assessments, documenting requirements, designing innovative technical solutions, and supporting change management activities.

Lead and participate in impactful projects—building project teams, tracking progress, managing resources, resolving challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and results.

Elevate system success through quality assurance activities, preparation of user guides and training materials, and delivering engaging user briefing sessions.

Act as a trusted technical consultant—stay ahead of technology trends, champion best practices, and participate in workshops to support continuous improvement.

Strengthen team performance with daily user support and training, while promoting IT strategy, business alignment, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Support essential administrative activities, including procurement, vendor and contract management, budgeting, and funding coordination.
