SellerPrism is a US-based e-commerce company operating multiple brands across 8 international Amazon marketplaces. We run a distributed team of 20+ people and are in the middle of a major systems overhau...l: migrating to Odoo 18 Enterprise, building data pipelines in BigQuery/dbt/PowerBI, and automating everything we can.
We need someone to own the automation and AI layer across all of it.
The Role
You will own our automation and AI infrastructure.
That means building n8n/Make workflows with AI at the core, developing custom AI agents and routers, writing Google Apps Script, managing ClickUp, and integrating APIs across our entire tech stack.
You report directly to the founder.
This is not a "set up a few Zaps" role.
We're building AI-powered operations: custom routers that classify and route data intelligently, agents that handle multi-step workflows autonomously, and LLM-powered pipelines that replace manual decision-making.
You'll be connecting Amazon SP-API, Odoo ERP, BigQuery, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and dozens of third-party tools into a unified, AI-driven operation.
What You'll Do
● AI-Powered Automation & Workflow Development: Build advanced AI/LLM-powered automation workflows in n8n/Make for classification, routing, summarization, extraction, and decision-making, integrating systems like Odoo 18, Google Workspace, Amazon SP-API, BigQuery, ClickUp, and Slack.
● Custom AI Agents & Routers: Design and deploy specialized AI routers, classifiers, custom GPTs, and tool-augmented agents for core functions (e.g., automated email routing, support ticket triaging, candidate application scoring, supply chain operations).
● System Integration & Orchestration: Own the setup and management of API connections, webhooks, authentication, and middleware logic across all integrated platforms, ensuring reliable multi-step processes.
● Google Workspace & ClickUp Optimization: Extend Google Workspace with AI-integrated Google Apps Script (email drafting, smart routing) and serve as the architect for ClickUp implementation and project workflow optimization.
● Process Improvement & Documentation: Proactively identify and propose AI-driven solutions for manual, repetitive tasks, support data pipeline automation, and rigorously document all workflows, agents, and prompts with SOPs and architecture diagrams for maintainability.
Requirements
● Located in Pakistan with reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps, backup connection preferred).
● 2+ years hands-on experience building production automations in n8n, Make, or Zapier, with AI/LLM nodes integrated into workflows (not just simple trigger-action chains).
● Strong experience with OpenAI and/or Claude APIs: prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, structured JSON outputs, streaming, token management, and error handling. You should have built AI features that run reliably in production, not just prototypes.
● Experience building custom AI routers, classifiers, or multi-step agent workflows that make real decisions (routing, scoring, extraction, summarization) within automated pipelines.
● Proven ClickUp setup and configuration experience: not just as a user, but designing workspace structures, building automations, and managing templates for teams.
● Strong Google Apps Script experience. You've built custom functions, automated reporting, or integrated Workspace tools programmatically.
● Strong API integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON parsing. You should be comfortable reading API documentation and troubleshooting failed connections without hand-holding.
● Fluent spoken and written English. You'll be on calls with the founder and team leads regularly.
● Strong systems thinking.
You can look at a messy manual process and design an AI-augmented automated version that handles edge cases, errors, and monitoring.
Preferred
● Experience with e-commerce or Amazon operations.
● Familiarity with Odoo, BigQuery, dbt, or PowerBI.
● Experience building custom GPTs or AI assistants with tool/function calling.
● Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or multi-agent orchestration frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph).
● Experience with browser automation tools (Skyvern, Playwright, Puppeteer).
● Background collaborating with developers or data engineers on shared infrastructure.

● We expect you to be a project architect, not just a task-taker. That means identifying operational gaps, proposing solutions, and building structured projects with clear objectives and timelines without being asked.
● Status updates include evidence: screenshots, data exports, Loom videos, or file links. "Working on it" is not a status update.
● We prioritize execution velocity.
