About the Project

Sepal is conducting an exciting qualitative research study aimed at defining benchmarks of professional excellence in postsecondary instructional support.

We are on the lookout for skilled professionals to lend their expertise to structured documentation of their work, develop domain-specific screening criteria, and create in-depth case studies.

As a participant, you will playa vital role in shaping a framework informed by industry practices for evaluating postsecondary instructional support expertise, focusing on practical decision-making and professional judgment.

Ideal Participants May Hold Titles Such As:

• Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Lab Assistant

• Course Assistant

• Discussion Section Leader

• Tutorial Instructor

• Academic Support Assistant
