AI Developer with experience in cutting-edge emerging technologies (AI, ML or Blockchain)

1 year contract, possibilities of extensions. Hybrid in office, 3 days/week in Richmond Office

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced fullstack developer with experience in cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain.

A must is a passion for technology, productivity and learning.

This is a key role in leveraging emerging technologies to increase productivity and stability and reduce costs within technology department.

The role will be responsible for technical design, development and testing on rapid prototypes (Proofs of Concept (PoCs)) and similar types of projects in innovative environments.

Must Have:

• Software Developer with relevant work experience with Agile methodologies and cloud, a DevOps environment, involving continuous process improvement, IT development, unit testing, production support and problem resolution, analysis, and/or technical proficiency

• 1+ years of experience using emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI models, generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Azure AI offerings, natural language processing (NLP), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and deep learning frameworks

• Programming Proficiency: Python including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, C#, .NET Core, TypeScript

• Front-end web frameworks like JavaScript, Blazor, Angular, React or Vue.

• Experience with integrations/APIs

• Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.

Nice to Have:

• AI Integration in Software Delivery

• Participation in projects involving AI components, such as developing chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics tools.

Experience in end-to-end AI project development, from conception to deployment, is a plus.

• Azure Cognitive Services: Experience using pre-built APIs for vision, speech, language, and decision-making tasks.

• Azure Machine Learning: Ability to build, train, and deploy models using Azure's managed services.

• Familiarity with Azure AI and Machine Learning services.

• Integration of AI services into CI/CD pipelines.
