Role SummaryWe are hiring a B2B Revenue Operations & Growth Specialist who can run the entire outbound and inbound revenue engine end-to-end, including:B2B lead generationOutreach and follow-upsAppointment settingProposal submissionDeal progressionLight closing and pre-closingCRM and pipeline ownershipThis role is not a basic VA role.

You will work directly with the founder and are expected to think like a revenue operator, not an assistant.

You will not replace the founder as the final closer, but you must have closing experience and be able to:Handle objectionsPush deals forwardPresent offers confidentlyClose smaller deals independently when approvedCore Responsibilities1.

B2B Lead Generation & Data IntelligenceBuild high-quality ICP-based lead lists using Apollo and ClayUse Clay for deep enrichment (firmographics, intent signals, personalization data)Segment leads by vertical (Enterprise, Talent, Energy)Maintain clean, accurate lead data2.

Outbound Campaign Execution (Hands-On)Fully own Instantly campaigns end-to-endSet up inboxes, warm-ups, sequences, and sending logicWrite and iterate cold email copyMonitor deliverability and engagementA/B test subject lines and offers3.

Email Copy, Offer & Message CreationWrite strong B2B cold emailsCreate compelling offers for:AI auditsAI automationAI agentsDiscovery workshopsCustomize messaging by industry and personaContinuously improve messaging based on replies and outcomes4.

Appointment Setting & QualificationHandle all inbound and outbound repliesQualify prospects using defined criteriaAsk the right business and technical questionsBook meetings via CalendlyEnsure high show-up rates through reminders and confirmations5.
