Founding Business Development Lead – MedTech / Digital Health (AI-Powered)

📍 Houston, TX (Hybrid) | Full-Time

We are an early-stage MedTech / Digital Health company building an AI-powered healthcare screening and monitoring platform for providers, telehealth companies, home care agencies, and enterprise health programs.

Our product is functional and in active refinement, with clinical studieslaunching in parallel.

We are hiring a Founding Business Development Lead to drive early B2B revenue, close initial pilots, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically curious, and comfortable using AI tools to operate efficiently in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environment.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & B2B Sales

• Own early-stage B2B sales and partnerships from prospecting through close

• Close pilots, paid proofs-of-concept, and early commercial agreements

• Sell to healthcare providers, telehealth platforms, home care agencies, and corporate health organizations

AI-Enabled Selling & Technical Fluency

• Regularly use AI tools (for example: research, outreach, proposal drafting, CRM updates) to improve speed and effectiveness

• Quickly understand and communicate technical product capabilities at a practical level

• Translate AI-driven features into clear business and clinical value

Compensation & Equity

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Houston-based market range)

• Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission on closed and collected revenue

• Commission framework finalized within the first 30–60 days, aligned with real deal dynamics

• Equity: 0.5% – 1.0% equity with standard vesting
