📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a senior AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the design, architecture, and deployment of our advanced CCTV analytics platforms.

This role is pivotal in delivering large-scale, real-time video intelligence solutions for public safety, major events, and critical infrastructure.

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of systems focused on facial recognition,crowd management, and behavioral analysis, handling environments with over 1000 cameras.

The ideal candidate will integrate these sophisticated analytics with Command & Control centers and other security platforms, ensuring robust performance and compliance with data privacy standards.

You will leverage your deep expertise in computer vision, Edge AI, and commercial VMS to drive innovation and support key business development activities, including RFPs and stakeholder workshops. This is a critical leadership position for an expert with a proven track record in deploying production-grade AI video solutions in complex, high-stakes environments.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

▸ 7–12+ years of experience in video analytics, AI, or security systems.

▸ Proven track record leading the delivery of production-grade, real-time AI video analytics systems.

▸ Strong architectural expertise in designing solutions for high-volume (1000+) camera deployments.

▸ Deep technical knowledge of CCTV Video Analytics, Facial Recognition Systems, and Crowd Flow Analytics.

▸ Hands-on or architectural experience with commercial video analytics platforms (e.g., BriefCam, Avigilon, NEC) and VMS systems.

▸ Experience with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, object detection, and tracking algorithms.

▸ Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying solutions using Edge AI and GPU-based processing.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Experience delivering solutions for large events, stadiums, airports, transport hubs, or smart cities.

▸ Strong experience integrating video analytics with Command & Control Centers and public safety platforms.

▸ Knowledge of real-time video streaming protocols (e.g., RTSP, WebRTC).

▸ Experience supporting the full solution lifecycle, including RFPs, solution demos, and operational handover.

▸ Familiarity with ensuring compliance with privacy, data protection, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
