Stax is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI company that is redefining how users interact with software through voice.

We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in Voice AI, speech technologies, or conversational interfaces to help lead and shape the next generation of voice-driven intelligent experiences.

In this role, you'll drive the roadmap for voice-based products spanning real-time speech-to-text, natural language understanding, conversational orchestration, and agentic voice interactions.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to build high-performance voice experiences that feel natural, reliable, and seamlessly integrated across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for voice-enabled product experiences across mobile, web, and AI agent surfaces

• Define capabilities across speech recognition, text-to-speech, dialogue management, and contextual understanding

• Partner with AI/ML teams to launch new speech models and optimize real-time voice pipelines

• Lead user experience for hands-free workflows, voice automation, and multimodal interaction patterns

• Establish success metrics for accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall voice quality

• Translate customer needs and technical advancements into clear product requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and intuitive voice-driven experiences

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working on Voice AI, speech, or conversational interfaces

• Knowledge of ASR (automatic speech recognition), TTS, NLU/NLP, or real-time inference systems

• Strong understanding of voice UX patterns, wake-word/activation flows, and multimodal design

• Experience partnering with AI/ML researchers and engineers to bring complex models into production

• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous spaces and ship features with measurable impact

• Excellent communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
