We are seeking an advisory member on equity bases to guide current offshore team with AI development

Data modelling and Postgres DB

Development of Gemini LLM and other open sources for performance management application with supervised learning

Build Agentic AI including supervised and reinforcement learning methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks)

• Build datasets for agents

• Fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency
