Qualifications

Full Description

Series D funded AI software firm in the defense space is hiring a Senior ML Engineer for its Arlington, Virginia based operations(hybrid with 3 days on-site).

A few responsibilities include: building machine learning/language learning models, utilizing nascent AI frameworks, running DevOps deployments with Kubernetes/Docker, as well as designing and delivering AI solutions to enhance and ship applications into production.

The ideal candidate will be well versed with Python and have worked with: Docker/Kubernetes, ML training models, LLM's, and agentic + generative AI frameworks & patterns.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Active Secret clearance or above (TS or TS/SCI preferred)

• Proficient with Python and Python data stack (PyTorchm NumPy, Matplotlib, etc,)

• Experience with agentic AI patterns and frameworks

• Experience building ML training models and algorithms

• Background with generative AI, including transformers and/or LLM project work

• Experience with deployments and containerization with Docker and/or K8's

Great to have:
