- Lead the daily development activities and technical decisions of the pod
- Translate product objectives into actionable implementation strategies and sprint goals
- Directly supervise developers and AI engineers, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate daily with global Engagement Leads during the discovery phase of initiatives
- Make informed technical design decisions and troubleshoot issues across teams
- Oversee code reviews and ensure consistent engineering practices
- Champion agile development, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and experimentation
- Mentor and onboard new developers and AI engineers effectively
